The native app for iPod, iPhones and Android smartphones links the housekeeping staff, maintenance teams and front desk managers, allowing them to share live information on housekeeping and maintenance issues.

All data is continually synchronized with protel. In areas with no Internet or Wi-Fi access the app switches to offline mode, then syncs automatically with protel when it’s online again.

  • Housekeeping list: Check and change the room status (clean, dirty, out of order).
  • Minibar: Book the refill of the minibar directly in the app.
  • Maintenance: Create and edit work orders, take pictures using the smartphone or use already existing pictures.
  • Lost & Found: Create and edit entries, add new pictures using the smartphone. Items are immediately shown in protel Front Office.
  • Traces: View and edit the tasks of all departments (protel Traces).

protel Housekeeping is a native app for iPod touch, iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphones and Android 7″ Tablets. The app can be used online or offline. Synchronization with protel via Wi-Fi or UMTS can be set up automatically or initiated manually. The optional mobile add-on application for all SQL-based protel hotel management is available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
